Japan Autumn Gold Old Imari Side Plate
This is versatile plate designed at Arita Porcelain Lab. It can be used for individual servings, or a serving plate for a dinner for two or even for dessert. The design is the traditional “Old Imari” floral pattern and is given a modern remake with a combination of gold and yellow gold.
In “Japan Autumn Series”, beautiful Japanese autumn leaves are expressed in gold or burgundy tablewares. Each gold color is individually brushed by a craftsman to achieve a tranquil feel. Burgundy, a subtle hue created by layering multiple colors, is a deep color reminiscent of autumn leaves and brings a calm elegance to the dining table.
